TENDER NOTICE

INTERNATIONAL DEFENCE EXHIBITION & SEMINAR (IDEAS-2024)

19- 22^ndNovember 2024 at Karachi Expo Centre

1.     Sealed tenders are invited by the Directorate General Research & Development Establishment (DGRDE) from reputed exhibition agencies for provision of following services:

a.             Designing, decoration, printing, paneling, supervision and display of theme (interior) of DGRDE Pavilion at IDEAS 2024 focused on "Indigenous Defence Production" and arrangement of designated outdoor space.

b.             Provision of Cargo Services for transportation of RDE equipment/ stores for Exhibition from RDE Rawalpindi to Karachi and Back.

c.             Provision of transportation & logistic adm support for intra-city movement in Karachi.

d.            Supply of give-away items such as Gifts, Shields, Souvenirs etc mentioned as per Tender inquiry form.

2.   Agencies should quote the lump sum rate for 144 Sqm area for designing of fascia and interiors of exhibition space, printing, paneling as well as arrangement of 250 Sqm designated outdoor space, for Directorate General Research & Development Establishment (DGRDE) in which an overall synergy of theme/designs should be maintained.

3. However, separate quotation for desired services at para 1b, c & d be given.

4.   Details and tender inquiry documents can be obtained from the undersigned at the office of DGRDE, Abid Majeed Road, Rawalpindi.

Terms & Conditions

5.   Following information, with supporting evidence must be furnished by the bidder.

        a.             The firm must have worked with Government Departments/Organizations.

        b.             Only those firms who have minimum 05 (five) years experience of executing exhibition related jobs                      may apply.

        c.             The firm must enclose their INCOME/SALES TAX registration certificate.

        d.             The firm has to submit coloured concept designs of the proposed themes/stall and creative work for                       display panels.

e.             Separate envelope may be used for quoting the designing/Fabrication of stall & Transportation of equipment from Rwp to Karachi and back.

f.             The firm should quote separately for each Display Panel (including concept copy, design and vinyl printing / fabrication).

g.               A pre-bid meeting / conference will be organized with the interested firms on 12^th Sep 2024 at 11:00am in the office of concerned Group.

6.  Bidding will be on the basis of Two Stage Bidding Procedure, as per Rule 36 (c) of Public Procurement Rules-2004 ((inserted dt 2020 & 21).

7.  Tender opening dates are as follows: -

a.         First Stage Technical Offer: at 1100 hrs on 16^th Sep 2024

b.         Second Stage will be intimated to qualifying bidders after First Stage Evaluations.

8.  All offers will be submitted to Contract Wing, DGRDE, Abid Majid Road, Rawalpindi, till 10:30 hours on 16^th Sep 2024.Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hours.

9.  Fax and email will not be acceptable.
