TENDER NOTICE FOR UPLOADING ON DGRDE WEBSITE

Indigenous Development of Mobile Loading Ramps (for tracked vehicles) - Prototype

 

  1. DGRDE invites the potential and capable fabricator / developers having steel, aluminum alloys, metal fabrication, processing, trailer manufacturing experience for indigenous development Mobile Loading Ramp (for tracked vehicle with minimum loading capacity of 15 x Tons) vide details as following:-

 

a.         A Mobile Loading Ramp for loading and unloading heavy tracked vehicle is required to be designed, fabricated, tested and trialed as per the detailed requirements mentioned in tender documents / ToRs. Developers having design, development, fabrication and manufacturing experience of Steel / Aluminum alloys / Industrial and commercial grade fabrication skills with related HRs and Infra structure are eligible for the tender. Developers with sound financial and technical capability and capacity are required to participate in the tender process. In house Desing, development is mandatory criteria for Developer and Fabricators to participate.

  1. Bidder / Developers will be evaluated using “Most Advantageous Bid” criteria (cost quality combination, responsiveness, value for money). Firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments and on Active Tax payer List of FBR, can obtain tender documents on written request from the office of under-signed from Monday – Fridays (0900 -1650 Hrs).

 

  1. Bidding will be on the basis of Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, as per Rule 36 (b) of Public Procurement Rules-2004. Both Technical and Financial will be opened on 21 Jun 2024 at 1100 hrs .
  2. All related tender documents and proposals are required to be submitted in printed form (as per PPRA Rules) till 1030 hrs on 21 June 2024 addressed to DGRDE PO Box 240 , Abid Majeed Road Rawalpindi.
