Indigenous Development of Portable Rubber Mat Treadway (PRMT) (Prototype)
- DGRDE invites the potential and capable rubber mats, tiles and rubber related product developers for indigenous development of Portable Rubber Mats. Details are as under: -
- Portable Rubber Mats / Tiles / Treadway (PRMT) are required to be developed for steel / Aluminum Bridge deck, light enough for man portable and strong, robust with tear and wear resistant quality and should be able to sustain harsh open environment with UV and Ozone Protection. Bidder having successful manufacturing experience in Rubber Mats of industrial/ commercial/ export quality grades with in house capability of design customization, size and recipe variation, related plants and machinery and Skilled and Experience HR, and having financial and technical capability to undertake the development project. Developers / Bidders having in house test / Laboratories facilities will be given preference.
- Bidder / Developers will be evaluated using “Most Advantageous Bid” criteria (cost quality combination, responsiveness, value for money). Firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments and on Active Tax Payer List of FBR, can obtain tender documents on written request from the office of under-signed from Monday – Fridays (0900 -1650 Hrs).
2. Bidding will be on the basis of Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, as per Rule 36 (b) of Public Procurement Rules-2004.Both Technical and Financial offer will be opened on 21 Jun 2024 at 1100 hrs. All related tender documents and proposals are required to be submitted in printed form (as per PPRA Rules) till 1030 hrs on 21 June 2024 addressed to DGRDE PO Box 240, Abid Majeed Road Rawalpindi.
