Indigenous Integration of Knuckle Boom Cranes on 5 x tons 4x4 truck
- DGRDE invites the potential and capable top leading knuckle boom integrator / manufacturer on internationally accepted standard for the Integration project of Knuckle Boom crane on 4x4 trucks (Hino / Isuzu ) and having a vast integration experience in knuckle boom cranes vide details as following:-
- Top leading knuckle boom crane manufacture with associated attachments as per the ToRs and tenders’ documents are required to be integrated on truck 5 x tons 4x4 platform (Hino / Isuzu). Top leading integration / OEM / OEM authorized representative with previous integration experience are require to submit their proposals. OEM Certification for undertaking integration and fabrication jobs is mandatory requirement. Truck will be provided by GHQ and cost of the truck is out of the tender scope.
- Bidder / Developers will be evaluated using “Most Advantageous Bid” criteria (cost quality combination, responsiveness, value for money). Firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments and on Active Tax payer List of FBR, can obtain tender documents on written request from the office of under-signed from Monday – Fridays (0900 -1650 Hrs).
- Bidding will be on the basis of Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, as per Rule 36 (b) of Public Procurement Rules-2004. Both Technical and Financial will be opened on 21 Jun 2024 at 1100 hrs .
- All related tender documents and proposals are required to be submitted in printed form (as per PPRA Rules) till 1030 hrs on 21 June 2024 addressed to DGRDE PO Box 240 , Abid Majeed Road Rawalpindi.
