2. Firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments and on Active Tax payer List of FBR, can obtain tender bidding documents alongwith technical details pertaining to project on written request from DGRDE (Contract Wing) on any working day (0900-1500 hrs).
3. Bidding will be on the basis of Two Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, as per Rule 36 (d) and 42 (d) (i) of Public Procurement Rules-2004.
4. Tender Conference will be held in DGRDE on 08 Dec 2025 at 1100 hrs to address the queries (if any) of bidders.
5. Tender opening dates are as follows:-
a. First Stage Technical Offer: at 1100 hrs on 24 Dec 2025
b. Second Stage will be intimated to qualifying bidders after First Stage Evaluation.
6. All offers will be submitted to AD Contract (Contract Wing), DGRDE, Abid Majid Road, Rawalpindi, till 10:30 hours on 24 Dec 2025. Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 hours.
7. Fax and email documents are not acceptable.
