2. Firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments and on Active Tax payer List of FBR, can obtain tender documents on written request from the office of under-signed.
3. Bidding will be on the basis of Two Stage Bidding Procedure, as per Rule 36 (d) and
42(d) (i) of Public Procurement Rules-2004.
4. Tender opening dates are as follows:-
First Stage Technical Offer: at 1100 hrs on 06 Mar 2023.
Second Stage will be intimated to qualifying bidders after First Stage Evaluations.
5. All offers will be submitted to Contract wing, AD (Contract Wing) DGRDE, P.O Box. 240, Abid Majid Road, Rawalpindi, till 10:30 hours on 06 Mar 2023. Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:00 hours.
6. Fax and email will not be acceptable.
