Description: The crew served night vision weapon sight second generation night vision device is designed and manufactured to meet the stringent specification in order to provide night-time advantage to the Army. Crew served night vision weapon sight system can be bore sighted to virtually all individual and crew served weapons. These weapons include the M-2, machine gun. The M-40 and M-106 reco illess rifles and can be used with some wire guided missile launchers. It is easily tripod mounted fov use by the field observers.
