Description.   The Armoured Vehicle Launched Bridge (AVLB) comprises of a foldable type 13.5 meter span aluminum alloy and steel bridge locked to a launching mechanism installed on M47M turretless tank. This launching mechanism is operated by 13 hydraulic cylinders controlled within the tank.
