1.                 Induction of TI Technology:-  Apart from IIT Technology OP Dte is in constant endeavour to successfully develop & supply various TI systems for the armed force & LEA’s. In this regard following TI systems as desired by our clients have been successfully developed:-

2.                 Repair Support to PAF, Navy & LEAs:-  In order to support our customers OP Dte provides factory level repair & maintenance support to PAF, PN & LEA’s. In this regards we offer customized solutions to our customers. We have elaborate facilities for factory level repair & maintenance of the following systems.

3.                 Commercial Supply of IIT & TI Based Systems:-  OP Dte provide IIT/TI systems to various LEA’s on commercial basis. In the last 5 years we have supplied more then 1300 NVG’s to our customers in Pakistan. We can also export such system in collaboration with our OEM.

 

 

 

4.                 Testing of IITs:- OP Dte is the sole agency in Pakistan which have elaborate facilities for testing of IIT base systems. IITs procured by any setup under any contracts are referred to OP Dte for insp/clearance on gratis basis. OP Dte has provided  the facility of IIT testing to GHQ/ITD dte, HIT, 505 EBW & LEA’s and completed testing of approx 45000 since inception.

 

 

5.                 OP Dte Lab/Facilities:- 

a.       NVG’s Testing Facilities:-  OP Dte has unique technical facility which provides an excellent opportunity to the manufactures and academia for R&D. These facilities are only available in ATCOP, IE&I and PAC Kamra. OP Dte provides following NVGs parameter testing.

b.       Environmental Testing Facilities:-  OP Dte has equipped  with modern facilities  which provides NVG’s testing to meet the US Military Standard 810G. The environmental facilities include high altitude test upto 100,000 ft, High/Low temp (-55 to 70+C), Vibration testing, Immersion & Drop Shock testing.

 

c.       Development of Mechanical Parts through CNC Lab:-  OP Dte has successfully commissioned the CNC machine on March 2020. 150x mechanical parts have been developed for various NVDs.

 

 

 

 

d.       Calibration of Test Eqpt:-  OP Dte provides calibration facilities for test equipment set used for Night Vision Goggles Type C testing i.e AN/PVS-7D & AN/AVS-9. OP Dte has successfully calibrated the test set (ANV-126-001) for Air HQ and Ministry of Interior.
